Pineapple Blueberry Dump Cake

Ingredients

1 can crushed Pineapple
1 can Blueberry Pie Filling
1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 1/2 sticks Margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spread pineapple on bottom of 9x13 cake pan.
  3. Spread blueberry pie filling on top of pineapple
  4. Sprinkle cake mix even over the pie filling.
  5. Cube margarine and place evenly over top.
  6. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 Cup Melted Margarine
1 Cup Walnuts, Chopped
3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
3/4 Cup Peanut Butter Chips
1 1/2 Cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes
1 1/3 Cups Sweetened Condensed Milk

Instructions

  1. In a 9x13 pan pour in melted butter and spread Graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Layer walnuts, chocolate chips and peanut butter chips, then coconut flakes.
  3. Pour condensed milk over top.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350° over for 25 minutes.

Pizzelle Recipe

Ingredients

6 eggs
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup melt Margarine
2 TBS Extract (I used Vanilla because I don't like Anise)
3 1/2 Cups Flour
4 TSP Baking Powder

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs. Add Sugar and continue beating until fluffy.
  2. Stir in Margarine and Extract.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to wet ingredients 1 cup at a time.
  4. Place a tablespoon full on a preheated and pre-oiled Pizzelle iron.
  5. Close lid and cook for about a 1 1/2 minutes. When steam stops coming out they are done.

Easy Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

1 29oz can Pumpkin Puree
1 TBS Butter, room Temperature
2 Boxes Cake Mix
8oz Cream Cheese
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Stick Butter, room temperature
1 TBS Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Blend pumpkin and 1 tablespoon butter in mixer. Slowly add both cake mixers. Mix well.
  2. Pour into a prepared 10x13 cake pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  3. Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla. Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time. Mix for 3 minutes on high until well blended and creamy. Set aside until cake has cooled.

Ingredients

2 can Crescent Roll Sheets
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cream Cheese (8 oz)
1 TSP Vanilla
1 TSP Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup melted Margarine

Instructions

  1. Press 1 can Crescent Roll dough into the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
  2. Cream together 1 cups sugar and cream cheese. When well blended add vanilla. Spread over crescent roll crust.
  3. Roll remaining crescent rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour melted butter on top. Sprinkle Sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 1/3 Cup butter, melted
2 Cups Chocolate Chips
24 oz Cream Cheese
14oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 Eggs
2 TSP Powdered Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix Graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Once incorporated well add butter and press into a spring for pan. Set aside until needed.
  2. In a mixing bowl add cream cheese. Beat until smooth.
  3. Slowing drizzle in sweetened condensed milk. Add powdered vanilla and eggs then beat until creamy.
  4. Melt Chocolate Chips in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Mix well with a spatula. If needed heat for another 30 seconds.
  5. Slowly add melted chocolate to cream cheese mix.
  6. When well blended pour into crust.
  7. Bake at 300° for 55 minutes.

8 oz CREAM CHEESE
1/2 C BUTTER
2-3 C POWDERED SUGAR
5 TBS COCOA POWDER
2 TBS BROWN SUGAR
1 TSP VANILLA

  1. Cream butter and cream cheese.
  2. Slowly add powdered sugar and cocoa.
  3. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

Notes

If consistency is too thick you can has milk to thin it out. Add a tablespoon at a time.

Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients

1 Box Brownie Mix Made in 9x13 pan
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons milk
1 stick butter
1 bag chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix 1/2 cup softened butter, milk, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until creamy. Spread over brownies.
  2. Heat Butter and chocolate chips in microwave for 1 minute. Stir well. Heat an additional 30 seconds. Stir again. If needed heat again but mine are always melted at this point.
  3. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate until top is hardened.

Notes

Weather does affect this recipe. You may need to add a bit more powdered sugar if it is hot outside and you are going to be serving it outdoors.
