Pineapple Blueberry Dump Cake

- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Spread pineapple on bottom of 9x13 cake pan.
- Spread blueberry pie filling on top of pineapple
- Sprinkle cake mix even over the pie filling.
- Cube margarine and place evenly over top.
- Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Magic Cookie Bars

- In a 9x13 pan pour in melted butter and spread Graham cracker crumbs.
- Layer walnuts, chocolate chips and peanut butter chips, then coconut flakes.
- Pour condensed milk over top.
- Bake in a preheated 350° over for 25 minutes.
Pizzelle Recipe

- Beat eggs. Add Sugar and continue beating until fluffy.
- Stir in Margarine and Extract.
- Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to wet ingredients 1 cup at a time.
- Place a tablespoon full on a preheated and pre-oiled Pizzelle iron.
- Close lid and cook for about a 1 1/2 minutes. When steam stops coming out they are done.
Easy Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

- Blend pumpkin and 1 tablespoon butter in mixer. Slowly add both cake mixers. Mix well.
- Pour into a prepared 10x13 cake pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla. Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time. Mix for 3 minutes on high until well blended and creamy. Set aside until cake has cooled.
Cream Cheese Squares

- Press 1 can Crescent Roll dough into the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
- Cream together 1 cups sugar and cream cheese. When well blended add vanilla. Spread over crescent roll crust.
- Roll remaining crescent rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Pour melted butter on top. Sprinkle Sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake

- Mix Graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Once incorporated well add butter and press into a spring for pan. Set aside until needed.
- In a mixing bowl add cream cheese. Beat until smooth.
- Slowing drizzle in sweetened condensed milk. Add powdered vanilla and eggs then beat until creamy.
- Melt Chocolate Chips in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Mix well with a spatula. If needed heat for another 30 seconds.
- Slowly add melted chocolate to cream cheese mix.
- When well blended pour into crust.
- Bake at 300° for 55 minutes.
Brownie Batter Dip

- Cream butter and cream cheese.
- Slowly add powdered sugar and cocoa.
- Add brown sugar and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Notes
If consistency is too thick you can has milk to thin it out. Add a tablespoon at a time.

- Combine all dry ingredients. Mix until well incorporated. Add eggs and oil.
- Mix well. Some small mumps are fine.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Butter Crust Cheesecake Bars

- Mix cake mix, 2 eggs, and butter until smooth. Spread in 9x13 greased pan.
- Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour on top of crust mix.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Let cool and serve.
Peanut Butter Brownies

- Mix 1/2 cup softened butter, milk, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until creamy. Spread over brownies.
- Heat Butter and chocolate chips in microwave for 1 minute. Stir well. Heat an additional 30 seconds. Stir again. If needed heat again but mine are always melted at this point.
- Spread over peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate until top is hardened.
Notes
Weather does affect this recipe. You may need to add a bit more powdered sugar if it is hot outside and you are going to be serving it outdoors.
